I think we need a little government reform here. How does it make any sense that certain parties can "tack on" garbage to completely unrelated topics to try and "sneak" them through. I do realize that the President can and most likely will refuse to sign it for this reason but still.

I agree with you. Such political tactics are awful. However, I doubt any of the politicians (including the President) would make a gripe about such strategies (unless he/she opposes the bill). Hey...the house approved the bill right?
It's hard to believe that the House would stand for such a move. Yet again...maybe not.
