Businessman from Durham NC is trying to get poker recognized as a game of skill. Makes me wonder why the top pros in poker are not pooling their money to hire the best lawyers to take this to the supreme court so we can do away will all this "poker should be illegal" propaganda. In the long run a good player will always beat a bad one. How much more proof do people need?
